Job opening for a Director of Medical/Surgical located in Oklahoma.
- For profit hospital in rural community
- 72-bed in two floors;
- help with filling staff openings;
- work on improving HCAPS;
- currently a 37-bed Med/Surg COVID unit but hospital has never had more than 30 and currently has 15 in all units;
- TJC will come in 2021;
- BSN preferred
