Job opening for a Cath Lab Manager located in Oregon.
The Manager of the Cath lab is responsible for 5 Cath labs, Cardiovascular Recovery, and 2 small education programs including 30 FTE’s, approximately 4300 procedures annually with 30 physicians. The Cath Lab Manager will report to the Director of Imaging and this is a newly created position.
The Cath Lab Manager will successfully lead a group of high-quality and respected cardiovascular healthcare professionals through the coordination of available resources, guiding strategic direction of both the Cath labs and cardiovascular recovery departments, and assuring the accountability of healthcare professionals to support delivery of superb healthcare services to our patients • Develop and discover the ever-changing growth for the cardiovascular recovery and interventional cath lab through the various facets of learning in modern technology • Develop annual operating budget and capital expenditure plan, including a mechanism to monitor plan implementation and outcomes Hiring requirements:
Ability to Obtain oregon RN license with 3 years progressive leadership or supervisory nursing experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required upon start or completed wiithin 6 months of hire.
