Department offers outpatient mental health services for Children, Adolescent and Adults including: Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Personal adjustment and Medication Management
Job Summary:
- Conducting assessment, medication evaluation and management, treatment planning and discharge planning services to adult individuals and families.
- Responsible for treatment plan coordination, referent relations, payor relations, and intervention with client support systems.
Hospital is 30 miles north of Watertown and 100 miles north of Syracuse. Area is quite pretty, called the 1000 Islands region.
