- Someone that can help develop business with physicians
- Same issues with staffing as every other OR, a lot of long timers
- Small 100 bed hospital
- Reports to Regional CNO/COO, he is a family man, really nice guy, easy to work with, great leader
- 6 OR Suites
- 15 cases a day
- General Surgery, Ortho, and Gyno are bread and butter
- Job is really best suited for a manager who just wants title step up, or a director who is desperate and or out of work
