• Great admin team and wonderful family-oriented community;
• 36 bed unit for all populations except peds;
• 5 years’ min exp in M/S management;
• BSN min, master’s preferred;
• Department size caused this position to be open by dividing the larger M/S dept;
• Strong management skills;
• Reports to great CNO

Women’s Center Director, Missouri: 

• 300+ bed rural, profit, family—oriented community hospital;
• Reports to ACNO/CNO;
• Strong leader with BSN min, master’s preferred;
• L&D – 1500-1600 deliveries and 14 private rooms and 30 FTEs; 2 c-section suites; 24/7 anesthesia coverage, 2 full-time lactation specialists; OB/GYN, Peds, Nursery; Post-Partum – 24 private rooms, 30 FTEs; Nursery – 24 cribs. 16-18 FTEs;
• Beautiful units waiting for a ROCK STAR Clinical leader;
• Manager reports to this position but has no L&D exp so that is very important for new leader;
• Current director going back to mid-wife status

Director of Surgery, Arkansas: 

• 40-bed hospital with 3 ORs and 2 endo suites doing over 3K surgeries annually in gen, OB/GYN, ortho, GI, ENT, urology, ophthalmology; great location;
• MSN highly preferred, BSN desired;
• Reports to CNO;
• Responsible for OR, pre, post;
• Relocation assistance;
• Great location

Director of Emergency, Louisiana: 

• Two-campus, not for profit hospital;
• Reports to wonderful CNO working with great CEO and team;
• Doctors are very engaged and staff is good;
• Working on trauma level status, documentation compliance, timeliness of transfers;
• Stroke Center of Excellence and Chest Pain Center of Excellence;
• BSN highly preferred, master’s preferred;
• Strong leader to take department to next level;
• Projects would include working on throughput and increasing employee and physician engagement scores;
• 60K visits; 34 beds/bays;
• 60 FTEs and 20 PRN
