- ICU, Tele, MedSurg, Dialysis, Rehab units, 60 beds about, over 100 FTE’s
- Need someone who is super duper strong manager, or director that is probably in ’40s or early 50s at latest that is in the prime of their career
- Need someone to come in and own a department
- Strong in Finance, PI, and Mentoring
- Someone that is a “thinker” and a “doer”…not your cookie cutter dignity or corporate person
- Works along side great directors
