ICU Manager job opening located in Southern California.
Growing not-for profit hospital.The ICU Unit is 26 Beds with 80 FTE’s and hands a clinically diverse patient mix; everything from medical/post-surgical to CVICU patients. This is a chance to enjoy professional challenge where you can use your creativity and experience with a supportive environment with good resources.
Reporting to an experienced ICU Director, the person in this role will have a chance to be mentored by an outstanding leader who wants to see you grow and will help you to succeed. This is an ideal position for either a new manager looking to grow, or an experienced manager desiring a great boss who will ensure work/life balance and support for success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field,
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience and 5+ years of clinical ICU Nursing experience.
