  • 30-35k tests a month;

• Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator
  • Location: Texas
  • 300+ bed, for profit facility;
  • PharmD from accredited institution;
  • guides clinical applications of pharmacy;
  • facilitates development, implementation and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, cost-effective drug therapies;
  • assists in developing P&P, and standards;
  • reports to DOP;
  • 2 direct reports;
  • top 3 priorities for this job: organizing clinical dept to meet clinical needs of Medical Resident Program, working to streamline PharmacoKinetic service and working on clinical initiatives;
  • 6 years’ clinical coordinator exp in hospital setting or a year residency training with 2 years of clinical exp;
  • clear Texas pharmacy license;
  • completion of accredited Residency in Hospital Pharmacy, specialty training in Disease State Management;
  • ACPE IV cert;
  • Antimicrobial Stewardship cert;
  • ACLS cert
