System Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle job opening located in Florida:

• Reports to CFO – 4 directors report to position;
• Master’s mandatory or working on it;
• 5 years’ experience in revenue cycle in hospital setting;
• Create effective Revenue Cycle Management Team that will ensure organization captures all revenue that it is legally entitled to;
• Responsibilities for Patient Registration, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Integrity Billing and Compliance, Health Information Services and Managed Care Contracting;
• Monitoring effectiveness of each area that is part of the revenue cycle for opportunities and provides education to staff to facilitate integrating of functions and processes impacting revenue cycle;
• Understanding of managed care contracting, third party reimbursement and variance analysis important;
• No tobacco use allowed

Controller job opening located in New Mexico:

• 200 bed for profit hospital in one of the best communities to live in in the US;
• Assists CFO and/or ACFO with accounting, AP, payroll, projections, statistical reporting, budget, capital assets, and SOX controls for the hospital, ASC and employed physicians;
• BA or BS min,
• Master’s and CPA preferred;
• 5 years’ exp in similar setting including profit exp, 2 of which must be in hospital based setting

Manager of Accounting – System job opening located in Florida:

• Strongly prefer CPA and/or MBA minimum;
• Formal training in hospital accounting and finance a must;
• 4 years’ accounting experience in senior or manager level role in hospital setting of at least 300 beds;
• Must have experience overseeing payroll, involved in month-end close, bonds, 990s, financial statements, reimbursement, cost reports, revenue cycle;
• Must have strong technical skills;
• No tobacco use
