Pharmacist Clinical Coordinator job opening located in Texas:

300+ bed, for profit facility;
PharmD from accredited institution; guides clinical applications of pharmacy;
Facilitates development, implementation and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through safe, cost-effective drug therapies;
Assists in developing P&P, and standards;
Reports to DOP; 2 direct reports;
Top 3 priorities for this job:
- Organizing clinical dept to meet clinical needs of Medical Resident Program, working to streamline PharmacoKinetic service and working on clinical initiatives;
- 6 years’ clinical coordinator experience in hospital setting or a year residency training with 2 years of clinical exp;
