The hospital is located 40 minutes west of Hancock, 45 minutes from Berkeley Springs, WV and 1 hour west of Hagerstown and 2 hours from Baltimore and Pittsburgh.
Primary Care – Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience or will consider a new grad (must be FNP certified, no exceptions);
- M-F, days, no call
Cardiology – Nurse Practitioner
- Will manage referred heart failure patients in conjunction with their Cardiologist.
- Position requires the NP to establish goals of care, collaboration with many health care team professionals, e.g. Social work, Cardiac rehab staff, Palliative care team and ability to manage decompensated heart failure (or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary
- Must have at 1 year of cardiology or critical care experience as a NP seeing adult heart patients
