235 bed hospital with awesome CNO and CEO leadership team. Financially solvent, well-run hospital, caring and compassionate CNO.  Well supported by national hospital system.

Scope:

Ø Reports to CNO
Ø Postpartum/Mother–Baby. L&D

Key Performance Objectives Year 1:

• Staffing & operations of the department
• Volume growth
• Physician relationships.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• BSN required. Master’s preferred.
• Someone who steps in to help demonstrate productivity.
