Scope:
10 FTE’s
Certification in Case Management preferred
RN required
Key Performance Objectives Year 1:
- Staffing & operations of the department
- Reduce Length of Stay
- Reduce Re-admission
- Build effective Physician relationships.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- BSN required. Master’s preferred.
- Someone who steps in to help demonstrate productivity.
Other Information:
- Relocation plus incentive bonus eligible(10%)
