• 230 bed for profit teaching hospital
• Responsible for OR, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, PACU, SPD
• 80 FTEs, 3 Manager direct reports
• 10 ORs, 2 ophthalmology suites, 2 GI rooms
• All surgeries including Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular
• 5500 – 6000 procedures/year
• Reports to CNO
• RN with 7-10 years OR clinical background
• Previous Director experience in broad surgical services line
• Master’s degree required
• CNOR preferred

• Preadmission, PACU, CS, GI, Interventional Radiology
• 16 ORs, 180 FTEs, 7 direct reports
• All surgeries including open heart, bariatrics, robotics
• #1 Open Heart program in Florida
• Top 10% for Bariatric surgeries in the US
• Reports to CNO
• RN with OR clinical background
• Minimum of 2-5 years Director, OR experience
• Bachelor’s required, Masters preferred
• ACLS within 30 days of hire
