Job Opening in a 230 bed for profit teaching hospital, for a Director, Surgical Services located in Chicago, Illinois.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for OR, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, PACU, SPD
- 80 FTEs, 3 Manager direct reports
- 10 ORs, 2 ophthalmology suites, 2 GI rooms
- All surgeries including Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular
- 5500 – 6000 procedures/year
Reports to CNO
Job Requirements:
- RN with 7-10 years OR clinical background
- Previous Director experience in broad surgical services line
- Master’s degree required
- CNOR preferred
