Job Opening in a 230 bed for profit teaching hospital, for a Director, Surgical Services located in Chicago, Illinois.                    

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for OR, Outpatient Surgery, PAT, PACU, SPD
  • 80 FTEs, 3 Manager direct reports
  • 10 ORs, 2 ophthalmology suites, 2 GI rooms
  • All surgeries including Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular
  • 5500 – 6000 procedures/year
Reports to CNO

Job Requirements:
  • RN with 7-10 years OR clinical background
  • Previous Director experience in broad surgical services line
  • Master’s degree required
  • CNOR preferred
