$15,000 sign on bonus with a 3 year commitment plus student loan forgiveness ($3,000 per year for up to 4 years)
Position Summary:
- MUST BE LICENSED IN OREGON AND HAVE OREGON LICENSE
- Performs all job duties and functions will be within the scope of practice for a Registered Pharmacist, as defined by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy
- Performs basic professional pharmacy practice to assure the delivery of pharmacy service in accord
