ASC – Director of Nursing opening in CA
Small surgery center is looking for a Director of Nursing in CA.
RN, BSN (preferred).
DON is responsible for OR clinical duties and administration (50/50).
Average case load: 122, multi-speciality.
Heavy in ortho (eyes), general surgery cases.
15 part-time and 5 FTE’s reporting to position.
DON is responsible for policies and procedures, QA, compliance issues, board meetings, scheduling/hiring, need someone with strong nursing skills.
Active CA RN license required.
Operating room management experience required.
