A 100+ bed hospital located in NC, has a need for a Cardiovascular/Endoscopy Director to join their team.
The position provides leadership for the operational and clinical activities of Cardiac Cath Lab and Endoscopy.
Supervises staff and gives technical direction, monitors and prioritizes workflow.
Manage the selection, training and development of staff.
Monitor budget and utilize operational resources.
Assure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Training commensurate with RN licensure preferred.
BSN Preferred
Experience Required:
Training, education and/or experience as Cardiac Cath Lab RN.
Must possess previous supervisory experience in Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
Licensure / Certification Required:
CPR according to hospital policy
