CNO – Georgia
Newly created position.
Organization consists of 2 Critical Access Hospitals, an ASC and approximately 60 physician practices.
The CNO will have 3 direct reports – the Directors of Nursing for the CAHs and the ASC.
The CNO will be charged with elevating nursing practice and survey readiness across the organization.
This is a strategic role.
The CEO does not want the CNO bogged in daily nursing issues.
Experience as a senior nurse leader is required.
Extensive experience in orthopedics is required.
BSN required with Masters degree preferred.
Organization is profitable and prides itself on being agile in the marketplace.
This is an ideal role for a professional who enjoys having the latitude to make decisions and who does not mind being highly visible.there are not a lot of organizational layers behind which to hide.
Relocation package will be offered.
