Plans, directs and coordinates the operational, financial and personnel
activities of Inpatient hospice services, Outpatient Hospice services
and alignment of hospice services with the Palliative Care program.
Responsible for management of Hospice programs within parameters to meet
State and Federal regulations for a hospice inpatient Unit and home
Accountable for achieving the key strategies and
deliverables of the hospice and Palliative care programs.
Positions Hospice as integral to PHS continuum of care services and as a market leader.
Responsible for program planning, development and operation as well as
positioning program for future success and growth.
Assures implementation of change projects/initiatives. Assists in the
development and implementation of the department strategic plan.
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• 3-5 years hospice administration/management required.
• 5 years progressive leadership
