Position overview:Responsible for the overall direction of the laboratory department, 7 areas. Ensures that diagnostic tests are performed accurately and efficiently and implements quality control programs. Develops policies and procedures, directs laboratory personnel, and ensures adequate staffing for the department. Will mentor and lead teams. Over 150+ FTE’s.
Required: 6 or more years directing a Laboratory Department, Bachelor’s degree in related field, Clinical Lab Scientist-CA(CLS). Masters preferred.
