This individual will oversee acute and outpatient services. Modalities include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and audiology.
Approximately 150 FTEs with 6 direct reports (Supervisors & Coordinators).
High functioning department that is highly respected throughout the organization. Department’s input on issues regarding readmission, length of stay, etc. carries significant weight. Many niche programs within the department (pelvic health, lymphedema, oncology)Seeking a rehab professional with solid acute care experience and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
This person must be well-versed in evidence based practice and the use of clinical and financial metrics to measure improvement and trends.This department is operating very well and quick change is neither needed nor wanted. We want this person to assimilate into the organization & department and develop the relationships that will propel the person’s success long term.

Salary will depend upon experience & credentials. Likely $125K+
Licensure as a PT, OT, Speech Therapist or Audiologist is required. Bachelors degree will suffice for speech pathology and audiology but an advanced degree is required for licensure in PT and OT.
