350 bed not for profit hospital

30 critical care beds, 12 cardiac/medical, 6 CVICU

2 Assistant Nurse Managers and clinical educator, 84 FTEs total

RN with critical care clinical background, preferably including neuro or CVICU

Must have a minimum of 5 years management experience in critical care

BSN and Masters degree required

Salary $88-92K (potential for higher salary based on experience)

$3,000 sign on and $5,000 relocation assistance

Year-end incentive bonus also available
