Director of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy, Pacific Northwest: oversight of 2 hospitals and a clinic, part of a system; 50 FTEs; each location has a leadership role reporting to this director; covers in and outpatient operations; quality and customer service are priorities; fiscal responsibility over all locations; works with all CEOs to develop strategic plan and grow Gastro program; BSN min, Masters and additional business background highly preferred; 5 years’ min in endoscopy; 3 years’ in management; salary $108-130k.

Director of CCU, Southwest150+ bed hospital in rural community; previous experience and BSN min; salary $80-110s, $15K sign-on bonus with 39 mo commitment; up to 10k relo.

Manager of Emergency Services (like director), California: 3 direct reports; trauma level II, with ambulance program on site; recert next year for trauma designation so that experience a plus; high volume, 75-85K visits/year; operationally strong with good budget exp; strong leader to be open and transparent with physicians and staff and open to change and improvement; exp in Lean environment helpful; much turnover in leadership to stability and long-term plans for position would be desired; Master’s and BSN min; visible leader who can step in at bedside if needed; salary $135-154k and relo assistance.

Nurse Educator, Surgical Services, Pacific Northwest and California: (2 openings) hospital’s in great location; BSN min, master’s preferred; reports to Dir of Perioperative; clinician with high degree of knowledge, skill and competence in surgical services; responsible for organization, administration, continued development, evaluation and effectiveness of education programs presented to surgery dept and other clinical staff within Periop including PAT, PreOp, IntrOp, PACU and Central Sterile; 5 years of experience in surgical services; mastery of adult education techniques; CNOR or CPAN preferred; salary mid is $70,324.80 mid-point  Pacific Northwest job and $125-135k in CA.

Advance Practice, NICU, California: CNS, PA or NP options; 250+ bed hospital in great location; not for profit; salary $141-145k.

Regional Senior Quality and Patient Safety RN, California: reports to Regional VP of Quality; master’s plus exp required; not for profit system in great location; salary target $130k.

 Director of Medical Services Unit, Southeast: (2 Openings) 300+ bed hospital; BSN min, master’s in process; very experienced leader for 60 bed unit and 100+ FTEs; reports to great CNO; tobacco free environment; salary $95-105k plus bonus potential.

Director of Operating Room, Plain State: CAH in rural community, 19 beds, 2 ORs; BSN preferred; challenges include building new surgical suites and growth expected; 750/month; salary target $88k.

 Service Line Administrator, Women’s Services, Northwest: reports to CNO; BSN min, master’s preferred; BLS and NRP required; just under 400 bed hospital in great location; 70 FTEs and 3 units; coordinates program development, develops, assesses and pursues opportunities consistent with business plan across service line for hospital and system; manages and directs multiple cost centers/depts across service line to accomplish individual and integrated company objectives; directs profit and loss, revenue generation and expenditure control to optimize utilization of resources at minimum cost; turns strategies into day-to-day operations assuring standards of nursing process, care, treatment, and services are followed and unit specific policy and procedure reflect current facility practice and nursing best practices; direct and evaluate provision of patient care, treatment, and services in department; ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, legal requirements, etc; works with executive leadership, senior directors, nursing, and other medical personnel to identify core service line development opportunities and associated marketing opportunities; salary midpoint $109k.

 Department Manager, Surgical Services, California: 400+ bed not for profit facility in great location; reports to Admin Dir; large busy department; salary $130 target.

 Director of Quality and Safety, CaliforniaBSN min, master’s preferred; 400 bed not for profit hospital; similar experience in management and recent TCJ; reports to CNO; salary $150-175k.

Director of Cardiovascular Units, Southeast: open heart experience mandatory; BSN min, Master’s and profit experience highly desired; reports to CNO: salary $95-105k plus bonus potential.

Director of Emergency Services, Texas: small profit hospital in great location; growing service line so RN vacancies (5) need to be filled; 11 ER beds, 21k visits; 23 FTEs; maintain protocol and policy development (review April 2017); manual process of daily charges; perm salary $100-120k plus sign-on or relo; maintain throughput and audit/PI information; BSN min, master’s preferred; trauma survey in Dec 2016; ePrescribe roll-out on 9.27 for providers; recent upgrade to EDIS documentation system; salary perm $100-120s plus sign-on OR relo.

 Director of Infection Control, Southwest: BSN preferred; reports to CQO; 3 years’ exp in acute care facility; CIC and completion of CDCs or APICs basic course of epidemiology and IC is preferred; no direct reports; plan, administer and monitor systems and procedures related to detection and control of infectious micro-organisms, development and implementation of P&P; interviewing, assessing, reassessing, follow-up and referrals as needed to prevent spread of diseases; directs education, training and orientation for all personnel related to IC; coordination of efforts to monitor and maintain control standards which meet or exceed regulatory req’d of state, federal government and TJC; salary $70-90k.

 Experienced Critical Care and ED RNs, Floridanights and days,   Up to $12K sign on bonus.
