Full-time position. Responsible for performing all functions related to hiring qualified personnel, mainly nurses. Plans, executes and measures recruitment and retention strategies. Represents the Medical Center in a highly professional and positive manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Nursing, health care or related field or comparable education and work experience required.
Three years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with recent experience in direct recruitment.
Knowledge in employment law and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
HRIS experience in Peoplesoft highly desirable.
Healthcare experience required.
