The Administrative Director manages, plans, directs and integrates the overall clinical, business, and revenue operations of a dynamic and large Ophthalmology practices. Will be responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial, human and other resource management, and strategic planning for multiple ophthalmology clinical sites. Provides leadership, advice and counsel to supervisors, staff and faculty. Collaborates with Ambulatory Services leadership to create the financial structure for the practice to include utilization of resources, oversight of billing and revenues, formulating operating and capital budgets and establishing internal controls and reviews.
-Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program of education in nursing, healthcare, policy, management, or biomedical science, including degree-granting programs (e.g., M.B.A., M.P.H., M.A., M.S., or Ph.D.) and/or non-degree granting programs (e.g., executive management programs)
