Job Details: Employee & Labor Relations Coordinator job opening for high pace healthcare facility. 400+hospital. Will assist with planning, directing, and administering the employee and labor relations program for the Health Systems. Serves as an advocate for the employee, management and the institution. Conducts investigations and partners with managers to diagnose and resolve employee relations issues. Develops organization-wide employee relations policies and practices and ensures compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Prepares proposals and informational requirements for contract negotiations. Serves as a participant at negotiations as directed. Administers the collective bargaining agreements and Company policies as appropriate.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related area, Five (5) years experience in labor and employee relations including demonstrating an understanding of the full range of labor laws and regulations. Prior experience in administering labor agreements, including contract interpretation, grievance investigation and handling, arbitration and daily activities related to assuring positive union management relations.
