Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior human resources experience to include interviewing and assessing candidates, advertising design and placement and knowledge of EEOC requirements, legal practices and proactive selection strategies highly preferred. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, maintain corporate and department loyalty, realize the importance of professional confidences, and maintain effective working relationships with contacts. Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Must have networking ability and verbal communication skills in addressing individuals as well as small and large groups.
