A LTAC hospital is in need of an interim ICU Educator. The hospital has Critical Care, OR, Step-down and Telemetry. An ADC of 60. Patients are a mix of complex medical and rehab patients. 70:30 RN/LPN ratio. This important position needs an Educator with strong ICU experience and experience in ICU and Tele education. A California RN license, BS/BSN are required; APRN and CCRN certifications strongly desired. CA

A DNV accredited, nfp, acute, rural community hospital seeks a Permanent Risk Manager. This is a newly created position with a great opportunity to build a proactive risk management program from the ground up. There are four areas of focus: identification of risk; analysis of risk identified; treatment of risk; and evaluation of risk treatment strategies. Through education and communication the Manager will foster an awareness of risk management practices and techniques among medical staff members and hospital employees at all organization levels.

BSN required, Masters preferred. Experience in hospital risk management required. CPHRM preferred. At least 5 years of relative clinical experience required. Internal audit experience is a plus. NM

An interim Infection Preventionist is needed at a 200+ bed, ADC 140, TJC accredited, nfp community hospital and trauma center. This is a one person department. This is a working hands-on position responsible for the Infection Prevention and Control Program, including surveillance, prevention and control of infections in the facility and their Pharmacy Antibiotic Stewardship. Other responsibilities include preparing reports, staff development, new hire orientation and infection control rounds. California licensed RN or MT required. CIC certification required. Experience is most important. The local area has everything from extreme sports to exceptional regional cuisine. CA
