Director of In/Outpatient Geri-Psych, Victoria, Texas: 300-bed, profit, 2-campus system in great location; BSN and master’s preferred or Non-RN with Master’s; primary population is adult and geriatric psych and behavioral disorders; salary $95k target, possible sign-on and relo.

CFO, Midwest: 150+ bed for profit hospital in community located 90 min or less from 3 major cities; reports to great CEO; acute care hospital experience mandatory, preferably in profit setting; Master’s highly desired and CPA; services include med/surg, ICU, OB, inpatient rehab, pain management sleep care, would treatment, ED, diagnostic imaging and lab; offsite services include cancer center, home care, outpatient rehab, family medicine residency, and physicians practices; 500+ employees and med staff of 200; salary $145-165k w bonus up to 40%.

Director of Human Resources, Texas: small, non-union, rural hospital with 400+ employees and ADC of 30; experience director with Bachelor’s minimum; reports to CEO; salary $88-94k.

Director of Human Resources, Southwest: BS min; hospital experience mandatory; rural community; salary $95-100k.

CNO, Southeast: 150+ bed profit hospital in semi-rural setting and part of 2-hospital system; reports to CEO and part of Admin team; strong leadership and accountability skills; Master’s highly preferred; salary $135-140k plus 40% bonus potential.

Director of Human Resources, Mountain State: 150 bed profit facility in great location; needs strong HRD with labor relations experience; BS min and master’s and HR certification preferred; hospital experience in acute setting mandatory; salary $100-115k.

Director of Quality, Southwest: rural, profit facility in nice area; reports to CEO; BSN preferred, RN preferred; responsible over quality, medical staff, risk and core measures; TJC in 2 months; strong physician skills and team leader; salary $95-100k.

Senior Director of Network Business Development, Southwest: Reports to CEO; works regularly with Corporate and facility; 200+ beds and growing provider clinics including regional cardiac service line and large part of state; positive EBIDTA regularly; very much a hands on position; develop and monitor system strategic plans with responsibility to keep it on track and modify as necessary; part of the C-suite team; develop alliances to acquire providers and clinics; planning and develop new service lines; Master’s preferred; proven experience in similar hospital setting, profit experience a bonus (not a recruitment position); salary $112-118k. plus bonus potential

Senior Director of Strategic Business Development, Northwest: Reports to CEO; highly motivated, data driven, competent professional with strategic plan experience; detail oriented person who sees big picture as well; works regularly with Corporate and facility; 500+ beds and 400 provider clinic; develop and monitor system strategic plans with responsibility to keep it on track and modify as necessary; part of the C-suite team; develop alliances to acquire providers and clinics; planning and develop new service lines; Master’s preferred; proven experience in similar hospital setting, profit experience a bonus (not a recruitment position); salary $130-140k.

Patient Safety/Joint Commission Coordinator, Florida: Reports to Corporate Director Quality/Infection Control; dual role encompassing Patient Safety and Accreditation/ Regulatory Compliance Coordination; highly trained clinical professional with demonstrated passion for patient safety who will function as the System patient safety advocate and mentor, interfacing primarily staff, leadership and patients; collaborate and provide leadership to team members’ daily efforts to identify and remove barriers for safe patient care delivery; foster culture of continuous improvement and coordinate systematic implementation of effective practices designed to reduce error and improve patient outcome; supports the activities and projects approved by the Patient Safety Committee; assuring hospitals are in a continuous state of TJC readiness and meets all TJC and CMS standards; system resource and expert for interpretation of standards and regulations; Bachelor’s degree required; masters preferred. RN Preferred with current Florida nursing license; tobacco/nicotine free employer; salary $65-$70k no relocation.

CNO, Midwest: 150-bed for profit hospital needs strong leader (profit exp mandatory) to move hospital to next level; Master’s and OH licensure highly desired; location between 3 major cities; heavy outpatient services; includes OB; staff competency and ED through-put etc.; salary $140-170k plus bonus potential, relo.

CNO, Northwest: 120 bed, for profit facility in nice location; TJC certified knee and hip replacement program; tertiary care; top hospital in state and country in quality measures and sustained excellence; salary $140-150k plus bonus potential.
