Director of Surgery – Multi-site Surgical Practices
Outstanding – Large Healthcare Organization is looking for an Admin Director to manage the overall clinical, business, and revenue operations of the many dynamic multi-site surgical practices and satellite locations. Responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial, human and other resource management and strategic planning for the outpatient surgical clinical sites. RN preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, nursing or related field. Five (+) years of progressively responsible clinical operations management experience of an ambulatory clinic(s). Proven experience in managing budgets.
