Nurse Manager Neuro/Ortho/Spine/total joint
· 24 bed inpatient unit for neuro, ortho, and spine post -op patients
· 11 bed spine unit will open in E-1 in May
· Hospital will continue to make a big commitment to orthopedic surgery
· 4/6 patients per nurse
· Top performing floor, great patient satisfactions scores
· Good camaraderie and teamwork among nursing staff
· Manager leaving for family reasons only Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree preferred
Current WA state RN license
Healthcare provider CPR Certification
Minimum of five years of inpatient nursing experience
Clinical Management experience strongly preferred
