Pharmacy Director Career Opportunity in Idaho

Pharmacy Director career opportunity located in Boise, Idaho.

 Rehab Hospital – Boise, ID – Pharmacy Director

 Position reports to the CEO

    * Serves on the Leadership Team

    * This is a working director position, so they will be responsible for working as a Pharmacist and leading and directing the team

    * The hours for the Director are M-F 8:30am – 5pm

        * Pharmacy Hours are as follows

        * 8am – 7pm M-F

        * 10am – 4pm Saturdays

    * FT Pharmacist or PRN Pharmacist handles the on-call – director can participate if they would like

    * Pharmacist have remote access

    * 3 direct reports: 1 FT Pharmacist, 1 PT Pharmacist and 1 PT Tech

    * Pyxis is the medical dispense system we use

    * Looking for someone that can help reset the department and rebuild the culture

    * Strong management skills

    * Hospital experience is a MUST

    * Comp is 160-170k with a 15k sign-on bonus, which is paid out over 2 years
