Perioperative Services Manager (Los Angeles County)

    * Bachelor’s and RN required.

    * Min of 4 years OR leadership required experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, ANM, Manager).

    * Reports to Perioperative Director.

    * Work with Powerhouse Exec Team, Large growing hospital, Comprehensive, multi-specialty facility with breadth and diversity, “A” grade in patient safety by The Leapfrog Group.

💰 Compensation: 156k-189k. 

Emergency Room Manager (Los Angeles, California)

    * Strong ED experience needed.

    * Solid executive team and has lots of opportunity to grow.

    * Volume ranges from approximately 100 patients per day, with highs up to 185.

    * Work with unified Exec Team in a large growing hospital; comprehensive, multi-specialty facility with breadth and diversity, “A” grade in Leapfrog.

💰 Compensation: 172k – 204k 

Labor Relations Manager (Southern California) 

    * Looking for someone with Hospital Labor experience.

    * Strong negotiation, legal knowledge, and interpersonal skills

Manager of Central Sterile Processing (Los Angeles, California) 

    * Oversees the processing and sterilization of medical devices, supplies and equipment utilized in patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.

    * Familiarity with AAMI, AORN, OSHA, FDA, CDC and all federal and state regulatory standards required.

    * Work with Powerhouse CNO & Exec Team, Large growing hospital, Comprehensive, multi-specialty facility with breadth and diversity, “A” grade in patient safety by The Leapfrog Group.

💰 Compensation: 66k – 100k (not final, they can go higher but can’t commit to it) 

ICU Director (Glendora, California) 

    * This person must be an RN with Critical Care experience.

    * Needs to have worked in a hospital setting in the last 5 years.

    * Small 130 bed community bed hospital part of a system.

💰 Compensation: 129k – 170k 

Manager RN, L&D and Mom/Baby (Central Coast CA) 

    * Someone who has 5 years’ experience working as a Manager or Director in a Labor & Delivery setting.

    * Someone who has experience in a large hospital with at least 150 deliveries/month.

    * Someone who has experience working in a union environment/experience working within a collective bargaining agreement.

    * 160 bed facility, coastal location, beautiful place to live, faith based organization.

💰 Compensation: 145k-218k 

Nurse Manager (RN) Operating Room (Los Angeles County) 

    * BSN Minimum.

    * Min of 3 years leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, ANM, Manager).

    * Faith based organization, competitive pay, and renowned org.

💰 Compensation: 152k-239k.

System Vice President of Case Management and Utilization Review (Southeastern U.S. State)

    * 100-200 FTE’s.

    * BSN, RN and minimum of 5 years of experience in case management leadership within a large multi-hospital system is required.

    * Interim is currently in place until it fills permanently and reports to Senior VP of Finance.

    * Working with the lead Consultant of the Organization, direct access. Will move quickly! 

    * Interview process: One phone interview, then another phone or straight to onsite interview with executive team if strong enough.

💰 Compensation: 200k – 300k with relocation assistance. 

Mammography Technologist (Central Coast, CA)

    * 263-266 acute care beds.

    * Mammography experience is required.

    * ARRT (R)(M) and current CRT.

💰 Compensation: 128k-156k with relo and sign on bonus.
