CNO Rehab career opportunity located in several states; Maine, Missouri & New Orleans.
* 170-180k base salary plus quarterly bonus, bonus is not guaranteed; 180k is the max salary based on experience
* Position requires 5 years of experience in the hospital environment, with two years of required experience in nursing management, however, hospital is open to varied backgrounds with 2 years plus of leadership experience (Director or above)
* Licensed for 100 beds, 70 ADC
* Direct reports: Total of 6 – wound, program coordinator, nurse manager, scheduler/admin assistant, educator, infection preventionist
* Also dialysis, lab, respiratory are outsourced
* 1 nurse manager, 6 nurse supervisors
* Turnover rate for nursing:
* RN 8% (it’s been super low)
* RNT 27%
* Had to cap census in low 60s, been doing great things in recruiting and able to retain census in low 60s
* Nurse ratios:
* Day and Night 6-7:1
* Last Joint Commission survey was 2.5 years ago, in the window now
* Current team:
* Recently changed the structure, 1.5 years ago hired a nurse manager, relatively new leadership team, looking for strong leadership to grow, went down from 2 nurse managers to 1. In process of looking at who does what, exciting time for a new person to come in and grow, need a good leader
* Nurse manager is very skilled at corrective action and doing heavy lift on performance management
* Not currently having any performance issues
