Job Summary and Qualifications
The Director of Emergency Services ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s) and department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required
Master’s Degree preferred
1+ years of recent applicable experience of Managerial or Director Level experience required
3+ years of recent applicable experience in Emergency Room experience required
3-5 years of recent Pediatric Experience. Will not consider Mother Baby, NICU, Labor and Delivery candidates
