Cath Lab/CVOR Manager career opportunity locate in central Florida.
We are currently hiring for a Cath Lab/CVOR Manager role in Central Florida. It is a unique role as it requires both disciplines. It will report directly to the Division Director of the Cath Lab .
* Pay range: Depending on experience
* Sign on bonus which can be used as relocation if the candidate is relocating 75 miles from Leesburg – $10K
We are seeking an experienced CVOR and Cath Lab Manager who is committed to collaboration, excellence, and patient-centered care. The manager will oversee the operations of the CVOR, Cardiovascular Cath Labs, and Cardiac Diagnostic services. Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and public relations with physicians, patients, visitors, and hospital staff
* Managing budgetary controls and achieving productivity targets
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, standards of care, and hospital policies and procedures
* Utilizing evidence-based practices to promote quality, safety, and cost-effective care
* Selecting and leading professional management staff
* This role is ideal for a seasoned leader dedicated to advancing cardiovascular care and fostering a high-performing, patient-focused team.
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree required
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
* Registered Nurse (RN), CNOR, CSC, Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN), or Advanced Practice Healthcare Professional holding RCVT certification required
* Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience:
* 3-5 years of CVOR/Cath Lab leadership experience.
