Director of Case Management job opening located in Kentucky.

We are working with a 200+bed hospital in Kentucky who is looking for a Director of Case Management to join their team. 

 Job overview:

•             Candidates must be an RN, OT, PT, ST, or Rehab Counselor. CEO prefers outside of MSW/SW discipline, will only consider if very strong leadership healthcare case management background and a certified case manager.

•             Must have certification as Certified Case Manager OR willing to get certification in 1st year of employment.

•             230+ bed inpatient beds

•             180 patients average daily census

•             27 directly report to DCM – mostly case managers, 4 cm assistants and 2 rehab counselors

•             DCM does not carry a patient case load

•             Reports to CEO of hospital, with dotted reporting line to Regional DCM
