OR Director job opening in San Diego area of Southern California.
Relocation offered.
Leadership position with 24/7 responsibility.
It will cover all of Periop except SPD: OR, Pre/Post, PAT, Endo.
5 OR suites and procedure rooms.
3000 annual cases.
Type of cases include General, Cardiac, Urology, Ortho, Robotics.
The number of staff 1 manager with 70 reports; will include Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, RNs, OR Techs, CVOR RNs and Techs, Endo Techs, RNFA, and Periop. Care Tech (EVS).
One Charge in PACU; One Clin. Sup in OR; two Clin Sups.
Must have BSN and Master’s.
5-7 yrs clinical Surgical Services/OR exp.
3 yrs acute care nursing leadership in surgical services.
Current CA RN license.
