This is a LTAC inpatient facility
33 beds
Will oversee 4 House Sups, 2 on days and 2 on nights, and about 70 FTEs and 20 PRN staff.
BSN required and need about 2 years on recent Management background preferably from a higher acuity patient setting.
15k sign on and a 20% bonus incentive program.
#2 CNO Job Opening:
Location: Fort Wayne, IN.
Specialty Hospital which is a division of large Health System.
36 beds
Will oversee 4 House Sups, 2 on days and 2 on nights, and about 75 FTEs.
BSN required and need about 2 years on recent Management background in an inpatient setting.
Sign on and a 20% bonus incentive program, plus relocation.
