Director Heart and Vascular Service Line (RN or NON RN) job opening located in the Central Valley of California.
The Director Heart and Vascular Service Line will lead strategic planning, growth initiatives, and physician relations for healthcare organization cardiovascular service line, encompassing cardiac surgery, cardiology, and vascular surgery. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cardiovascular services, demonstrating expertise in physician relations, strategic planning, and business development within a healthcare setting. A strong leadership background with proven success in volume growth and service line expansion is essential. While a clinical background is valued, the emphasis is on strategic and relationship-building skills. Experience navigating the complexities of California’s healthcare landscape, is highly preferred.
