140+beds acute care hospital and award-winning services, committed to delivering high-quality patient care is looking for a CNO to join their team. They are recognized by the American Heart Association and accredited for chest pain and stroke care.

We are looking for an inspiring and strategic leader to join their executive team as CNO/COO. This role will oversee nursing operations and hospital administration, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead nursing teams & enhance patient care standards
Oversee daily hospital operations & improve efficiency
Develop & retain top healthcare talent
Implement strategies that drive quality, safety, & innovation
Ensure financial stewardship & regulatory compliance
Collaborate with medical staff & community stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field
5+ years of progressive leadership in a hospital setting
Strong leadership, operational, & financial expertise
Passion for patient-centered care & continuous improvement
