Case Management Director job opening located in the Richmond area of Virginia.
Smaller hospital 50+beds.
The requirements for the role are: Need to have either their BSN or bachelor’s in SW. Need to have leadership experience. Need to have at least 1-2 years’ hospital-based case management experience. Preferable to have utilization review and discharge planning experience. Considered part of Senior Leadership Team. Reports to the CEO. Has 4 Direct Reports underneath of them. Does not carry a full patient case load. May carry a smaller assignment to help out.
