Director of Case Management job opening located in Los Angeles area of California.
Big program 450+ bed campus, largest one in the system. Team of about 25 in Case Management department between RN’s and Social workers and they do have a Manager CM.
Must be an RN, Master’s preferred. Will look at candidates outside of California just will need to get the license. Reports to the Regional CM Director and CMO. Would like at least 5 years in leadership.
