Controller job opening located in the Southwest area of Ohio.
60 bed specialty hospital.
Direct reports: 2 – Accounting Assistant and Purchasing Coordinator’ about 220 full time employees.
Local candidates are highly preferred, but will consider candidates from neighboring states as well. Must have healthcare experience in accounting or finance areas. Must have accounting or finance leadership roles in their recent experience. Manager and above experience only.
Need someone who has had hands on experience vs someone whose role has been very high level with a large team to support all of the day to day functions.
Must have had experience in the following areas: budgeting, forecasting, analytical, billing office, insurance payors, and ICD10. Must at least have a bachelors degree.
