250-300 bed hospital-reports to COO; 7 ORs, 1 GI Suite, 300-350 cases/month, Ortho & Spine, Bariatrics, Urology, robotics-·Volume growth of 30-40% in the last year.
Director oversees – OR, Pre-op, PACU, SPD.
Requirements: Must have Surgical Services Director or Manager experience, BSN required; reporting:1 manager reporting into Director, CNCs under manager; 40-50 FTEs.
