HR Director job opening located in Columbia area of South Carolina.
- 90+ beds, about 300 employees.
- Reports to the CEO.
- Need at least about 2 years in HR leadership in healthcare/hospital setting.
- Must be degreed.
This is more of a Generalist role overseeing TA, Benefits and Employee Relations.
Will have a HR Coordinator.
Overview:
- Plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of human resources management
- Directs hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of appropriate staffing resources
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations when setting and applying policies and procedures.
- Responsible for oversight of all HR office operations
- This is a working director role and can be heavily administrative
- Oversees activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker’s compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations. Hands on/collaborative role.
