HR Director Job Opening in South Carolina

HR Director job opening located in Columbia area of South Carolina.

• 90+ beds, about 300 employees. 
• Reports to the CEO.
• Need at least about 2 years in HR leadership in healthcare/hospital setting.
• Must be degreed.

This is more of a Generalist role overseeing TA, Benefits and Employee Relations. 

Will have a HR Coordinator.

Overview:

• Plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of human resources management
• Directs hospital recruitment and retention program to ensure availability of appropriate staffing resources
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations when setting and applying policies and procedures.
• Responsible for oversight of all HR office operations
• This is a working director role and can be heavily administrative
• Oversees activity pertaining to benefits, recruitment, retention, worker’s compensation, staffing and wages, and employee relations. Hands on/collaborative role.
