CNO LTAC job opening located in New Jersey.
Reports to the CEO. This CNO is over Long-Term Acute Care facility, 60+ beds. Team of about 75 FTE’s. 1 Nurse Manager, 2 House Supervisors, 1 on days and 1 on nights. Competitive salary range plus an incentive bonus program based on quality measures and metrics and a sign-on bonus. Will look at a Nurse Manager, House supervisor or any Director for this role from an acute setting with at least 2 years of leadership.
Requirements:
- BSN required.
- MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Master’s program required. Exceptions approved by SVP, Clinical Operations.
- Three to Five years of hospital nursing experience required.
- Three or more years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required or ability to obtain. NJ is a compact license state.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

- Having experience with vents, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET Tubes and wounds.
