Qualifications:

Hold a Master’s degree in nursing (MSN)
Possess a valid RN license in the State of California
Have a minimum of three years of NICU nursing experience
Hold Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification by the California Board of Registered Nursing
Maintain National Certification in NICU nursing
Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)
