Two hospital system doing well financially; full service with strong services including laboratory, diagnostics, therapy, ERs and advanced imaging services, world-class specialists including neurosurgeons, cardiologists, general surgeons, podiatrists, orthopedists, plastic surgeons, and many others; ASC, home health and hospice.
Second in command in finance reporting to a strong seasoned CFO, and if the right person can be groomed to move up in the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Five or more years of direct work experience in healthcare, preferably finance areas. Two or more years of direct experience in revenue cycle departments. Strong communication skills.
